Health Benefits of Pineapples, Coconut and watermelons

Eat pineapples and drink coconut water everyday!

Pineapples contain high amounts of vitamin C and manganese which are important for antioxidant defenses. Pineapples also contain high amounts of thiamin, a B vitamin that is involved in energy production. It can also help reduce the risk of macular degeneration, a disease that affects the eyes as people age, due in part to its high amount of vitamin C and the antioxidants it contains.

On the other hand, coconut water contains tannins, which are known to reduce inflammation. It also contains arginine which is known to relax blood vessels and improve blood circulation. Most importantly, it can provide enough potassium to keep the kidneys in good health.

You can also pair your pineapples with watermelons. Watermelons have vitamins A, B6 and C, lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. These may help prevent cancer.
